Table

As most of you know my dad made Caleb's blanket chest. We asked him to make us a breakfast table. We expected it to look great, but this is AWESOME! Its beautiful, pictures do not do it justice! Thank you so much Daddy for making this for us! Thank you Aunt Betty and Uncle Lenn for providing the wood!

There is a drawer on each end of the table. Here is a close up on the leg.
Excuse the mess on the table....

Trick or Treating

We had a BLAST this year trick-or-treating! Caleb was a pirate! ARG! He didnt mind wearing the outfit I got for him and he would occasionally play with his sword. We had a small block party at our house and everyone had a GREAT time! It was so nice to just hang out with our neighbors and let our kids run around. Our neighbors kids are awesome too! Even the older ones look after Caleb as if he were their own. So sweet. We all agreed our next mini block party will have to be on a weekend so none of us have to get up early to go to work or school!

Caleb's school also had a Halloween party earlier that day. I think he ate a bit too much candy, because the REALLY BAD diapers started coming, and now he has a rash :( He was having so much fun last night he neglected to tell us he was sitting in a "mess". His tooshi was so raw! This morning its MUCH better! Gotta love triple paste!!! Hes also got this bad dry cough. It started Sunday and I tried to catch it early, gave yogurt, vitamins, Sambucoil (immunity booster), inhaler (cough started sounding barky), and honey cough syrup. Last night I gave him some cough medicine to help him sleep and put the vaporizer on in his room. He still coughed the whole night. We are sending him to school today with crossed fingers that they dont call us to pick him up. Mommy and Daddy are very busy at work today!

Anyway...I got off the trick-or-treating post. You all know how Caleb will pose for photos! So here are some of the shots we got last night from trick-or-treating. It took him a bit to get the hang of it, but once he saw the other kids getting candy, he didnt have too many issues going to the door.
